In 2017, nearly a decade since their inception, the reflective She-Wolves of the Wolflight installation were revisited by Kristin Jones and photographer Federico Passi in the ongoing effort to document their decay. In 2019, Jones returned once again on her own.
This photo series chronicles the She Wolves as they are transformed by graffiti, erosion, urban wear-and-tear, and exposure to the natural elements. Their slow entropy is very much a part of this project, which was conceived to be ephemeral and to call attention to the inevitable transience of all things.
